Explore isn’t just a series of stretches and mobility drills randomly put together with no rhyme or reason. We strategically work our way from head to toe, addressing all your major joints and providing ways to explore movements that enhance your range of motion at that joint. Then we bring it all together by integrating all of that new found joint mobility with some of our favorite total body mobility drills.

10-MINUTE EXPRESS SESSION
The 10 minute express practice is great for when you're just looking to feel better with a quick bout of movement, or it can be used as a warm up before your workout!
SQUAT MOBILITY BREAKOUT
The squat mobility breakout is a 16-minute follow along practice that goes in depth on drills that will specifically improve squat depth and comfort in the squatting pattern!
OVERHEAD MOBILITY BREAKOUT
The overhead mobility breakout is an 18-minute follow along practice that goes in depth on drills that will specifically improve your overhead range of motion!
