POWER & FLOW
This is our tier one kettlebell intensive! The first two moves we teach when introducing kettlebells to someone’s repertoire are the swing and the Turkish get up. The swing is all about generating and harnessing power, while the get up is more of a flow - combining strength and finesse - in order to execute the movement effectively.

KETTLEBELL STRENGTH
This is our tier two kettlebell intensive! Once you’ve begun to master the more foundational kettlebell movements covered in Power & Flow, it’s time to start getting stronger with KBs! Kettlebell Strength will go into detail on the KB clean, squat, and overhead press.
