RISE: FOR THE EVERY DAY ACHIEVER
RISE is our flagship program! It’s geared toward folks who are aiming for a well-rounded routine that incorporates lots of different movement patterns, modalities, and pieces of exercise equipment. If you have absolutely no prior gym or lifting experience, we recommend checking out our ELEVATE program before starting on the RISE program.
ELEVATE: FOR THE NEWER LIFTER
Nearly everyone who joins Achieve Fitness starts out on our ELEVATE program - it’s that important! The patterns and exercises in this program are key foundational pieces that you’ll be be able to build off of for future, more advanced programs. This program lays a solid foundation of improved mobility, movement quality, core functioning and control, and a better understanding of how to perform important movement patterns like the squat, hinge, lunge, pushup, row, etc.
LEARN: FOR THE ASPIRING BARBELL LIFTER
Time and time again we hear folks say they are really interested in using barbells but they’re intimidated or afraid of doing them wrong! We totally get it, and that’s why we developed a plan that not only teaches you the main barbell lifts, but also goes into the intricate details of where to rack the bar on your back during squats, how to choose your stance for deadlifts, where to position yourself under the bar during a bench press, and more! You will also learn how to systematically increase weights and utilize concepts such as tempo training to better develop your proficiency with the barbell lifts.

HYPE: FOR THE CURIOUS POWERLIFTER
Once you’ve gotten fairly familiar with the big 3 powerlifts (squat, bench, and deadlift) it’s only natural to become curious about how much you could lift for each one! But “maxing out” shouldn’t be taken lightly, and it’s never a good idea to randomly test out your 1RM. That’s why we created this powerlifting cycle, which consists of progressive phases along with a taper week in order to best prepare you for a successful and safe max out day at the end!

LIFT: FOR THE OLYMPIC WEIGHTLIFTER
The LIFT Program was born from a desire to help people feel more confident, stronger, and successful in their Olympic lifting. Through years of teaching people how to perform the snatch and clean and jerk, as well as being students and athletes of the sport, we’ve grown a lot along the way in how best to develop and improve people’s skills as weightlifters.It is from these experiences that LIFT was put together!
INDIVIDUALIZED: FOR FOR ANY LIFTER LOOKING FOR A MORE PERSONALIZED APPROACH!
Our Individualized program is our most customizable option! There could be many different reasons you might want a more individualized plan, but the most common are that you either have special circumstances (injuries, pain, physical limitations, pregnancy, etc.) or very specific goals that you’re working toward (obstacle course racing, powerlifting, running, etc.) With our Individualized program, our program design team takes all of that into account and creates something geared specifically to you! You’ll work directly with a coach who will provide feedback on form and encourage consistency on your program!

There are hundreds of different reasons why people exercise! But unfortunately all we ever see are advertisements for workout programs to help you lose weight or change your appearance in some way. While exercise can certainly have an impact on your physical appearance, it’s not the most important reason to workout by a long shot! Our programs are geared toward building you up - building strength, building confidence, building self-esteem, and building happiness! And we hope you’ll join us on our mission to bring more inclusivity and positive vibes to the fitness space!
