LIFESTYLES DESCRIPTION
This is a monthly recurring plan with a new workout phase each month. The Lifestyles program is for those individuals who don’t have a specific goal in mind and just want to feel better with healthy, sustainable, fun workouts.
We’ll explore all sorts of challenging but fun patterns and exercises in a balanced and well-rounded way. This program will consist of bodyweight, dumbbell, barbell, and kettlebell training and explore all elements of fitness - strength, endurance, balance, mobility, flexibility, agility, etc. Unless you’ve had prior experience before, we’d recommend trying out both our Foundations and Barbell program first, because you’ll need that base to feel confident on the Lifestyles program.
The cost is $29 per month. This program is a month-to-month membership with auto-renewal. You can cancel at any time by logging into your account via your desktop/laptop or emailing us at [email protected]
