Our 5-Day challenge is comprised of 5 workouts to be completed in 5 days! The workouts are follow-along, guided experiences that you can watch on any of your favorite devices. They are led by Lauren and Jason Pak, owners of Achieve Fitness. The workouts were carefully chosen to make up a comprehensive week of training!

WHO THIS CHALLENGE IS FOR:

Our five day challenge is for anyone looking to experience the on demand training experience! The workouts have built in progressions and modifications to make sure they’re suitable for all experience levels! You will always be met with positivity and encouragement, while feeling a sense of safety in the way the exercises are coached and explained in order to meet you where you’re at on your own personal fitness journey!

5 WORKOUTS

Each day of the challenge comes with a follow-along guided workout! These workouts will include strength & conditioning, high intensity interval training, isolation training, and a restorative routine mid-week to help you recover and feel ready to take on the next day!

Our coaches have years of experience training people in real life, so they understand how to give cues and technique recommendations to help you get the most out of the workout while also getting through it safely!
