SWEAT: High intensity interval workouts!
Our SWEAT classes are high intensity and here to get your heart rate up and your endorphins flowing! While the theme is always high intensity, they are also always modifiable to all levels to meet people where they’re at on their fitness journey!

PUMP: Isolated workouts!
Our PUMP classes focus on isolating specific areas of the body. You’ll see combinations like “glutes and abs” or “biceps and triceps.” These workouts are a perfect addition to our comprehensive BUILD and SWEAT classes!

RESTORE: Mobility workouts!
Our RESTORE classes are mobility and recovery based and are there for you when you just want to move but aren’t necessarily looking for an intense workout. These include mobility routines as well as yoga flows!
